Terms of Service

1. Services

Refracted Moments LLC provides professional photography services including but not limited to wedding photography, portrait sessions, event coverage, and commercial photography. Services are provided in accordance with the specific package or agreement purchased.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your session date:

• A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session date
• Late payments may result in session cancellation
• Accepted payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer

3. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations:

• Cancellations made 30+ days before session: 50% deposit refunded
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 25% deposit refunded
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling within 14 days incurs a $200 fee

4. Image Delivery

Delivery timeline and terms:

• Portrait sessions: 2-3 weeks
• Wedding galleries: 4-6 weeks
• Event coverage: 3-4 weeks
• Images delivered via secure online gallery
• Print release included with all packages

5. Copyright and Usage

All photographs remain the intellectual property of Refracted Moments LLC. Clients receive:

• Personal use rights for purchased images
• Print release for personal reproduction
• Social media sharing rights with photo credit

Commercial use requires separate licensing agreement.

6. Liability

While we take every precaution to safeguard your images, we are not liable for loss due to circumstances beyond our control (equipment failure, natural disaster, etc.). We maintain redundant backup systems and professional liability insurance.

7. Model Release

By booking our services, clients grant permission for images to be used in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise specified in writing before the session.
